Plot Summary: Bazil (Danny Boon), a man whose father was killed by a roadside bomb, is hit by a stray bullet in a freak drive-by shooting incident. When he gets out of the hospital without a job or any money, he falls in with an ex-con who lives in a scrap dump and makes plans to get revenge on those responsible.
