Mickey Prohaska (Greg Kinnear) is a small-time insurance agent looking for a way to jump-start his business, reunite with his estranged wife (Lea Thompson) and escape the frigid Wisconsin weather. This self-proclaimed master of spin believes that salesmanship is about selling a story – all he needs is a sucker willing to buy it. He hits pay dirt with a lonely retired farmer (Alan Arkin) who is sitting on something much bigger than an insurance commission. But Mickey’s attempt to con the old man spins out of control when a nosy, unstable locksmith (Billy Crudup) with a volatile temper dramatically ups the stakes, trapping him in a spiral of danger, deceit and double-crossing. Blending dark comedy and delirious Midwestern noir, “Thin Ice” reaches a breaking point that no one – least of all Mickey Prohaska – could ever see coming.

Plot Summary: Based on best-selling novelist Nicholas Sparks’ (“A Walk to Remember,” “The Notebook”) forthcoming novel, “The Last Song” is set in a small Southern beach town where an estranged father (Greg Kinnear) gets a chance to spend the summer with his reluctant teenaged daughter (Miley Cyrus), who’d rather be home in New York. He tries to reconnect with her through the only thing they have in common—music—in a story of family, friendship, secrets and salvation, along with first loves and second chances.

New Green Zone Clip Appears

Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon have proved to be a formidable team in their two Bourne films and while news of a fourth Bourne outing flies between prequels and reboots Universal’s Green Zone should suffice.

This new trailer is a formulaic affair but it sets up the main players and hints at the film’s explosive set pieces, and we get to see Brendan Gleeson which is always a good thing. Universal must be pleased to get Greengrass and Bourne back together but this film will probably look to distance itself from the Bourne identity in order that it is effective on its own terms.

Synopsis: Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller is a rogue U.S. Army officer who must hunt through covert and faulty intelligence hidden on foreign soil before war escalates in an unstable region.

Sound like fun? The film is out in the UK on the 12th of March and the new trailer can be seen by Clicking Here.
